Recently, hundreds of 4G Car DVRs from China’s Yuwei have been installed in a truck fleet in Bayern, Germany. These devices will help fleet managers with telematics, video surveillance, and tracking management.
What is a Car DVR?
A Car DVR is equipped with features such as satellite positioning monitoring, SSD hard drive, SD card video storage, TTS voice broadcast, and CAN bus interface. It can also enable remote real-time video monitoring and voice communication. This intelligent terminal integrates multiple functions in one, offering a compact design and easy installation.
The F6 is a 4G SD MDVR with ADAS & DMS. It integrates GPS, video recording, ADAS, and anti-fatigue features. It employs H.264 video compression/decompression technology and uses professional anti-shock and cooling solutions to protect the device during operation.
4G 1080P SD MDVR with ADAS and DMS
The F6 successfully integrates mobile DVR functions with an active safety system, forming a "real-time monitoring solution."
For ordinary MDVRs, they can provide video recording and real-time streaming monitoring for fleet management; however, they can only assist in investigating triggered events after they occur. Nowadays, active safety systems are more highly regarded because they can effectively prevent accidents from happening.
The F6 integrates ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) and DMS (Driver Monitoring System), which can analyze road conditions and driver behavior, including fatigue driving. All alerts will be immediately responded to by the driver and will also trigger events that are reported back to the platform.
Additionally, the F6 can be integrated with different types of sensors to meet the needs of fleet management. For example: fuel sensors, temperature and humidity sensors, axle weight sensors, and driver ID.
