Does the dash cam support unified backend management for multiple vehicles?

Absolutely. The supporting management platform allows you to add an unlimited number of vehiclesand manage them by fleet, transport route, or driver group.

It can automatically generate monthly or quarterly operational reports, including driver violation statistics, vehicle route summaries, and accident rates. All data can be exported and used directly for fleet performance evaluation—no manual data compilation required.

Is dash cam data storage secure?

Yes. All data is stored using AES-256 encryption, with dual protectionvia local TF card storage and cloud backup. Only authorized accounts can access the data.

You can also set a data retention period(15–90 days). Once the period expires, data is automatically anonymized and deleted.

Can the dash cam integrate with our existing fleet management systems (such as dispatch or fuel consumption systems)?

Yes. The device provides open API interfacesand can integrate with mainstream fleet management systems to enable data interoperability—such as location synchronization, alarm linkage, and driving behavior data integration.

Our technical team will provide integration documentation and guidance. After simple configuration, the system can be used immediately, eliminating the need for duplicate data entry.

Will there be alerts if a driver deliberately tampers with the dash cam (e.g., blocking the lens or cutting power)?

Yes. The device includes a built-in anti-tamper sensor. If it is forcibly removed, the system immediately triggers a backend alert and automatically uploads the last one minute of video.

If the lens is blocked, the AI algorithm detects the obstructionand sends a “camera abnormal” alert while recording the driver’s actions.

The device is secured with anti-pry screwsand supports concealed installation, reducing the risk of deliberate damage.
