Dual Vehicle Monitoring Cameras

This solution is built upon GPS/BDS high-precision positioning and 4G/5G communication technologies to create an intelligent vehicle supervision platform. It enables real-time monitoring and analysis of vehicle location, speed, mileage, and video data.

The system supports safety management features such as electronic fencing, route playback, and AI-based alert recognition, while providing multi-dimensional statistical reports—meeting the full range of needs from real-time monitoring to operational decision-making.

Through hierarchical account managementand an integrated “Edge–Management–Cloud” architecture, the platform enables efficient vehicle control and management optimization.

 Dual Vehicle Monitoring Cameras

Front-End Device

The 4G video recorderadopts an integrated design with dual high-definition cameras(front 1080P external camera + in-cabin wide-angle camera).

Typically installed on the front windshield, it can simultaneously monitor both the road and the driver’s cabin.

The device includes a dual-mode Beidou/GPS positioning moduleand a 4G full-network communication module, supporting:

① Real-time vehicle positioning

② Remote video monitoring

③ Video recording and playback

A dedicated IoT SIM cardis required for operation.

Product Applications

① Administrative enforcement vehicles

② Ride-hailing cars and taxis

③ Urban logistics and delivery vehicles

④ Smart agricultural machinery and construction vehicles

⑤ Smart mining, smart construction sites

⑥ Dump trucks, concrete mixers, and sanitation vehicles

Monitoring System Overview

4.1 Data Dashboard

Provides real-time monitoring of vehicle operations, dynamically displaying:

① Total number of vehicles

② Device status

③ Monthly mileage trends

The system identifies and records unsafe driving behaviorssuch as fatigue driving, smoking, phone use, and distracted driving.

A ranking boardhighlights high-risk vehicles, assisting in data-driven safety management decisions.

4.2 Multi-Vehicle Monitoring

View all vehicles under the account in real time, supporting multi-vehicle simultaneous display.

Monitor fleet activity directly on the map for efficient, centralized management.

4.3 Real-Time Positioning

Accurately locate target vehicles and display key data in real time, including:

① Vehicle name

② Status

③ Location

④ Speed

⑤ Driving direction

This enables effective tracking and fleet management.

4.4 Real-Time Video

Through 4G or VPDN dedicated network communication, the system ensures smooth interaction between the monitoring host and management platform.

Supports:

① Real-time video streaming

② Precise positioning

③ Video file search and playback

Comprehensively meets remote supervision requirements.

4.5 Route Playback

Supports querying up to one year of historical driving data.

Users can freely select a time period to view complete routes; the system automatically marks stop points and dynamically displays the entire driving process.

4.6 Electronic Fence

Allows setting virtual boundariesfor individual vehicles or fleets, monitoring entries and exits in real time.

Fences can be freely drawn (square/polygon) or defined by administrative regions, offering flexible regulatory control.

4.7 Intelligent Analysis

The AI Driving Recorderprovides real-time safety behavior monitoring and early warning, including detection of:

1. Fatigue driving– detects yawning, blinking frequency, and other fatigue indicators via facial analysis

2. Phone use while driving– identifies typical hand-held phone actions

3. Smoking– detects cigarettes and smoking gestures

4. Distracted driving– analyzes head movement and gaze deviation

5. Seat belt misuse– detects whether the driver is properly wearing a seat belt

6. Camera obstruction– monitors if the camera is covered by foreign objects

Using deep learning algorithmswith up to 98% accuracy, the system immediately triggers audio-visual alarmsand uploads data to the cloud when dangerous behavior is detected.

It also supports video-based post-event analysis, significantly improving driving safety.

4.8 Statistical Reports

Generates various operational reports, including:

① Driving records

② Vehicle location

③ Overspeeding

④ Parking

⑤ Mileage

⑥ Ignition data

All reports can be exported in Excel formatfor easy data analysis and management.

AI Driving Safety Report:

Supports statistical analysis by organization, vehicle, or driver.

Analyzes:

① Violation types

② Time and location distribution

③ Abnormal behavior alerts

Reports can be exported to Excel for further analysis.

4.9 Permission Management

The platform employs a multi-level permission system, allowing tiered configuration of vehicle management rights:

① Super Administrator (Headquarters):Full control over all vehicles and data

② Sub-Administrator (Regional Branch):Management of vehicles within their designated region

③ General Administrator (Subsidiary):View-only or limited operation rights

This enables refined, hierarchical management.

4.10 Mobile App

The mobile app supports:

① Real-time video preview

② Historical video playback

③ System configuration management

Users can access live monitoring, retrieve stored recordings, and adjust system parameters anytime, enabling mobile-based fleet supervision.
