Brand Strength

Boasting mature technologies and globalized services, YUWEI’s systems are compatible with multiple vehicle types including commercial trucks, semi-trailers, and courier vehicles. Our cooperative clients include well-known enterprises such as China State Construction Fourth Engineering Division Corp., Ltd. and China Resources Cement, covering diverse sectors like logistics, engineering, and building materials distribution.

Smart Hardware + Management Software

Centered on the core concept of "full hardware coverage + full software integration", YUWEI breaks the functional fragmentation of traditional systems and realizes end-to-end collaboration of vehicle monitoring, driver management, and operational analysis.

(1) Core Hardware Configuration

① Positioning and Recording Terminals: GPS/BDS dual-mode positioning devices transmit location data accurately. Vehicle-mounted mobile DVRs automatically record 1080P high-definition videos. Driving data and alarm information are stored in the cloud for on-demand retrieval at any time.

② Intelligent Safety Monitoring Equipment: The three modules of ADAS, DSM, and HOD, combined with all-round waterproof cameras, sound and light alarms, and vehicle-mounted displays, form a 360-degree safety protection network.

③ Optional Components: Load sensors, BSD blind spot detection systems, etc., can be flexibly expanded according to actual needs.

(2) Management Software Platform

Supporting both PC and mobile operations, the platform integrates core functions such as waybill management, route tracking, and fuel consumption monitoring. It can seamlessly connect with third-party systems to achieve efficient data intercommunication and collaboration.

Functions of Mobile Fleet Management Solutions

(1) Full-Dimensional Safety Protection to Reduce Accident Risks

① Driving Behavior Monitoring: AI visual recognition technology enables DSM to issue early warnings for violations such as fatigue and distracted driving, while ADAS alerts drivers to risks including collisions and lane departures.

② Blind Spot and Pedestrian Protection: The BSD system provides accurate early warnings. Inside the vehicle, sound and light alarms are triggered; outside the vehicle, voice broadcasts of "Danger, please keep away" are played to avoid blind spot accidents.

③ Emergency Response: Drivers can activate one-click alarm in emergency situations, with real-time location synchronized to the background for rapid disposal.

(2) Full-Process Real-Time Supervision to Improve Operational Efficiency

① Positioning and Route Control: Real-time viewing of vehicle positions and trajectories prevents detours, with support for historical trajectory playback and tracing.

② Vehicle Maintenance Reminders: Automatically count mileage, monitor faults, and send maintenance alerts to reduce vehicle downtime.

③ Data-Driven Analysis: Generate multi-dimensional statistical reports and trend analyses to optimize management decision-making.

(3) Flexible Expansion and Upgrades

The system supports secondary development and can provide equipment upgrade and function expansion services as enterprises scale up and their demands evolve.

YUWEI mobile fleet management solutions are applicable to various vehicle types including trucks, school buses, passenger cars, muck trucks, mining trucks, concrete mixers, forklifts, excavators, cranes, and tank trucks. Inquiries are welcome.
