Vehicle Remote Monitoring Solution

With the advancement of technology, remote monitoring plays an increasingly important role in the management of public transportation tools such as school buses, coaches, and public buses. YUWEI has developed a vehicle remote monitoring solution tailored to this scenario, which ensures passenger safety while also improving supervision efficiency.

In-Vehicle Remote Monitoring Solution

The in-vehicle remote monitoring solution involves installing cameras in passenger areas and compact cameras in the driver's cabin. Video terminals (such as MDVRs) are connected within a local area network for management and storage. Some vehicles may also be equipped with 4G routers or 4G in-vehicle cameras to enable GPS positioning. All front-end devices transmit data via 4G signals to a monitoring center for centralized storage, unified supervision, and dispatching.

Multiple Positioning Technologies

For vehicles such as school buses and coaches, 4G in-vehicle cameras are used, supporting four high-precision positioning technologies, including GPS/BDS, to accurately locate the vehicle’s position and effectively track its travel.

Real-Time Positioning

4G in-vehicle cameras allow real-time tracking of device locations on the commercial cloud platform or web interface, making it easier to manage the vehicles.

Historical Route Map

The 4G in-vehicle camera also supports the one-click generation of historical route maps, allowing users to query the vehicle's past movements.

AI Algorithms for Safe Driving Assurance

The importance of driver behavior safety in traffic safety cannot be overstated. YUWEI cameras, combined with algorithms for smoking detection and mobile phone usage detection, are installed in front of the driver. If any violations occur, an alert is triggered. The alarm message and captured records are then uploaded to the monitoring center, providing immediate deterrence and facilitating post-event accountability, offering double supervision of the driver's distracted behavior.

The backend staff can receive alert notifications via mobile apps, web interfaces, and other means in real time.
