In the field of emergency medical services, to ensure patients receive timely transport and treatment, ambulances need to reach the rescue location in the shortest possible time. The duration of the entire transport process directly impacts the patient's safety. Simultaneously, the emergency center needs to know the patient's detailed condition to prepare the best medical plan. Therefore, it is essential to establish a monitoring system capable of real-time dispatch and unified command of emergency vehicles.

 

To address these issues, China's YUWEI has proposed a targeted solution for ambulances. Through an intelligent vehicle management system, the entire vehicle positioning process is visualized. Real-time footage of the on-site rescue situation is transmitted back to the monitoring center's large screen via the 4G network. Emergency center personnel can understand the on-site rescue situation in real-time through GPS information transmission and 4G video monitoring. The onboard camera can transmit data from the ambulance display screen back to the emergency center, facilitating the arrangement of emergency plans and improving the efficiency of dispatch management and rescue preparation.

1. Ambulance Real-time Video Monitoring  

Video monitoring allows the transmission of 4G remote vehicle video to the monitoring terminal's large screen or mobile phone, enabling remote video monitoring and management of vehicle operations. This makes it easier for supervisory personnel to view the vehicle operation process.

 

2. Ambulance GPS Positioning System  

Real-time GPS information collection accurately determines whether the vehicle is within the specified area. Different icons display various vehicle statuses, such as driving, idling, offline, speed, and positioning status, serving as the basis for basic monitoring and subsequent business reference data.

 

3. Ambulance Trajectory Information  

Real-time GPS information collection accurately determines the vehicle's direction. Historical driving data, speed, and position are statistically represented using a continuous plotting method.

4. Ambulance Voice Intercom and Command Dispatch Management  

The cloud-based driving control onboard monitoring management system supports batch vehicle intercom functions, allowing the monitoring center to voice call all managed vehicles. Drivers can passively answer and respond. In cases of speeding or illegal driving, and driver fatigue, voice intercom calls can be made through the system to remind the driver. Additionally, it supports text-to-speech conversion for batch vehicle dispatch.

 

5. Ambulance Area Electronic Fence Alarm  

The cloud-based driving control onboard monitoring management system supports vehicle speed detection, pre-set area speed limits, and maintains overspeed monitoring and warning for each vehicle. Voice prompts remind the driver to slow down if they exceed the speed limit. The area electronic fence alarm function alerts when a vehicle leaves the designated area, helping companies manage their vehicles by setting the range of activity within a specified area and setting alarms for entering or leaving the area.

 

6. Ambulance Data Visualization Management  

The system collects and analyzes data on vehicle mileage, duration, work, location, and violations to understand trends and provide a reference for managers. It supports multidimensional dynamic analysis and data extraction, allowing report views and multidimensional penetration extraction to better discover and analyze problems, providing effective support for decision-making. The large-screen data visualization display is mainly for fleet managers to control the overall project and collective departments. It effectively analyzes data statistics to determine the direction of decisions, such as the monthly trend of fleet operation efficiency, the trend of safety incidents, total mileage analysis, individual vehicle mileage, driver violation rankings, and overall fleet violation statistics. This enables clearer fleet management, making it more scientific and information-based.
