Mining Truck Safety Monitoring System

In order to enhance production efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and improve safety management, an intelligent management system for open-pit coal mines has been established. By utilizing technologies such as GPS/BDS and 4G communication, real-time monitoring of mining equipment is achieved, optimizing scheduling, improving capacity, and equipment utilization (mining trucks, dump trucks, excavators, cranes, etc.). Additionally, intelligent sensors are incorporated to enhance safety.

Key Functions Implemented

- Real-time Monitoring: Display vehicle location, status, and other information through a mining area stripping map, with playback of vehicle historical tracks. Direct vehicle scheduling is also available.

- Equipment Scheduling: Displays the vehicle scheduling operation chart, sends scheduling information, and includes shift management features.

- Transport Safety: Implements functions like speed limit monitoring, fatigue monitoring, and entry/exit fence monitoring.

- Alarm Management: Queries and statistics for various alarm types, including speed limit alarms, fatigue alarms, entry/exit fence alarms, equipment malfunction alarms, tire alarms, and power supply alarms.

- Statistical Analysis: Statistics for equipment status, production output, individual vehicle accounting, round-trip statistics, mileage statistics, equipment malfunction statistics, offline information statistics, and more.

- Tire Monitoring: Monitors tire pressure, temperature, and sensor voltage for mobile equipment, analyzes tire usage, provides early warnings for tire abnormalities, improves production safety, and reduces tire wear.

- Fuel Monitoring: Monitors fuel usage and provides alarms for fuel anomalies.

- Collision Warning: Automatically detects surrounding vehicles and provides voice alarms for vehicles entering within 200 meters of large vehicles.

- Blind Spot Monitoring: Each vehicle is equipped with cameras on the front, rear, left, and right to display the surrounding environment in real-time.
